  1. Use a hardware-based firewall. A reliable firewall is helpful for it would protect computers from a wide variety of exploits, malicious viruses, or other vulnerabilities. Unfortunately, some of the antivirus software-based firewall isn’t sufficient to protect systems from the malicious attacks affecting all Internet-connected systems. That is why all PCs that are connected to the Internet should be secured behind a capable hardware-based firewall to also protect files from being corrupted.
